How Do I Resend a New User Message?


If you, or another admin, need to have the New User Message re-sent to a learner in your portal, you can do so through the Users Report. 

Once in the report, you will need to select the user in question, and then click on Reset Password. On the following screen, you will be able to choose the Send New User Message option. In doing so, you will be given the option of changing the New User Message template, or you can just click on the Send button to have the message sent.
