A recent update to Google's web browser, Chrome, has changed the way Flash is supported for SCORM, AICC, and TinCan third-party courses. If you are experiencing issues with course playback, it is recommended that you update Chrome's permissions.
You can do so after you have navigated to your organization's Absorb portal. Once the site has loaded, you can use a single left click on the word, "Secure", which should appear before your URL. This will display a menu that looks similar to the one seen below.
From the options available click on, "Ask (default)", and select the, "Always allow on this site", option.
Updating this setting specifically for your organization's portal should allow the course to play as expected. Please open a ticket with Support if you have any questions, or require further troubleshooting.
Please Note: Flash support will be discontinued by all major browsers, and Adobe, by the end of 2020.
