When attempting to generate a Report within Absorb, Admins will be presented with one of two dialog box options depending on how long it will take to generate the Report.
Below is the first option that may appear once an Admin clicks Generate Report. Once you see this option, the report has begun generating. If you do not wish to wait for it to complete, you can click the 'X' at the top right and then locate the completed report on your Admin dashboard once completed. Or you can choose 'Send Email Upon Completion' to receive an email when it's ready. Any previously generated reports can be found in Generated Reports under Setup from the main navigation.
Below is the second possible dialog box that may appear once an Admin clicks Generate Report. Here, you must choose to 'View Generated Reports', or 'Send Email Upon Completion' to begin to generate the report.
Choosing 'View Generated Reports' will begin the report generation process, and redirect you to the Generated Reports report. It's important to note that the report may not be immediately available here, as it can take a few minutes for the generation process to complete. You may need to refresh the page in order to see the report once it is available.
Selecting 'Send Email Upon Completion' will begin the report generation process and then send an email to the email address associated with your profile once it's available. You may wish to choose this option to avoid being forwarded to Generated Reports, and continue with your current workflow.
Please Note: The report has not automatically begin generating if you see this dialog box. Clicking the 'X' button will cancel the report generation, and simply close the dialog box.
