Course Comments Report

The Course Comments Report helps Absorb Admins review and manage Comments that Learners submit on Courses and Curricula. This report is useful for identifying popular content, spotting opportunities for improvement, and monitoring feedback in environments where Learners self-enroll or purchase training through E-Commerce.

Unlike Course Evaluations, Course Comments can include more detailed feedback. This article explains how to access the report, review available data, manage Comments, and confirm the permissions required to use the report.

Access the Course Comments Report

The Course Comments Report is located under Courses in the Admin Interface. Navigate to Courses > Comments to open the report page, where you can filter results using available report fields.

Navigate to the Course Comments Report

Keep the following in mind when opening the report:

  • A saved favorite layout or a shared default organizational layout may open automatically.
  • You will only see data that your Admin Role allows you to view.
