Service Incident on .CA Servers - September 26 2017

At 9:20am Mountain Time we began experiencing inconsistent behaviour on our .ca server that has caused the server to become inaccessible for periods of time. Our development and IT teams are currently investigating the source of this behaviour and are working to return operation to normal.

This is only impacting clients hosted on a .ca environment and does not impact clients on our .com or .eu servers. If you have any questions or concerns you can reach out to support@absorblms.com

 

Update: Our development and IT teams have investigated the behaviour and have been able to restore service to our .ca portals. We apologize again for the difficulty this has caused.
