Introduction
The Absorb Salesforce App allows admins to enroll both users and contacts into courses from various areas of the Salesforce App. The enrollment process is simple, and this document will outline the areas where this task can be completed. The process is the same for both Lightning and Classic experiences, however we have broken this guide up to provide screenshots of each.
Note: A Salesforce user will only be able to enroll another user if 1) They have the additional permission required to enroll other users (this permission is included in the Absorb LMS Enroll Salesforce Users permission set) and 2) They are listed in Salesforce as that user's Manager.
Enrollment Flows: Lightning Experience
From Contacts

Under the Contacts tab, select a Contact to open their profile, and click on Enroll in Training |
2 | The page following will allow you to search for, and select the training that you wish to enroll the contact into. You have the option of selecting more than one course or curricula prior to clicking on Next. ![]() |

After clicking Next, you will be taken to the Confirm Enrollment page. Here you can review enrollment details, and add more users to the enrollment if needed, prior to clicking Finish. ![]() |
From Accounts

Under the Accounts tab, select an Account to open the profile, and then click on Enroll in Training. Follow steps 2 and 3 found in the From Contacts workflow to complete the enrollment process. ![]() |
From Course Information

Under the Courses tab, select a course or curriculum to view the information page, and then click on Enroll in Training. ![]() |

The page following will allow you to select Salesforce Contacts, yourself, or Other Salesforce Users. ![]() |
