Service Incident - Thursday, January 11, 2018


Starting at 9:15am this morning, some of our North American clients began experiencing performance degradation. These performance issues gradually worsened over the course of the morning. At 1:50pm the decision was made to bring the application offline in order to restart the servers. This resulted in approximately one hour of down time for the affected clients.

Our investigation indicates that there was a hardware-related issue. Although the application is performing normally now, we will be upgrading the application hardware this evening at 10:00pm MST as a precautionary measure. We are allocating a one hour window for this upgrade.
