To use Absorb Analyze, Users must be assigned a license by a System Administrator.
Analyze Licensing Report
In order to be assigned a license for Absorb Analyze, Users must have the Admin toggle enabled for their User Profile. To manage access and determine the level of access for Users, System Administrators can utilize the Analyze Licensing Report.
Important Note
When a Admin’s Analyze license is removed, they will lose access to all their Analyze Dashboards.
Before un-licensing any Admins, we recommend exporting their Dashboards and saving the file so that it can be re-imported if those Dashboards are needed again.

Overview
System Administrators can access the Analyze Licensing report under Setup.
Note: This report can be used to license and un-license Admins for Analyze.
It is possible to select multiple Admins and set their status to one of 3 options:
No License
Designer License
Viewer License
Analyze Licensing Report Display
The report will also display the total number of available Designer licenses Y/X where Y is the number of assigned Designer licenses, and X is the total number of available Designer licenses
The report will also display the number of assigned Viewer licenses Y/X where Y is the number of assigned Viewer licenses, and X is the total number of pre-purchased Viewer licenses.
The license status field will indicate if licensing is in progress or active to indicate that licensing has been completed; it is also possible that failed will appear if licensing was unsuccessful.
