Limitation: Answered Question Banks
After a Learner answers a question, that question and its associated answers can no longer be removed from the Question Bank.
You can update question text, but changing existing questions or answers can cause Assessment report results to appear inconsistent.
If a Learner starts an Assessment and the original Question Bank is replaced before completion, the Learner's answers may no longer match the Assessment in progress.
Workaround
If a Learner must restart the Assessment after a Question Bank change, reset the Lesson Activity from the Learner's Transcript.
From the Learner's Transcript, use Reset Lesson Enrollment Activity to clear progress and require the Learner to begin the Assessment again.
