Overview
The Credits Report details all internal training completions that Users received credit for. Credits are typically awarded to a User who is continuing their professional development to maintain a license or certification within an industry.
You can filter results to see a breakout of credits awards per Credit Type. Single and multi-credit values are supported within this report. The credit value earned for completing training is established in the Course Settings > Completion section.

About the Report
The Credits Report is nested in the Reports menu of the Admin Refresh Experience. Clicking on the report name will redirect you to the Credits Report page. The Credits Report displays all active Users who have been awarded credits for completed training.
Report Data
You can customize this report to provide information on any of the data points listed below.
Notes
- Fields that have an asterisk (*) symbol are included in the Report's default layout.
- Custom fields configured in your portal settings will also be available.
- Be mindful that opening a report may also bring up a favorite saved layout, or a shared default organizational report layout.

Active Enrollment * |
This column will display one of the following values:

Address | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Address field. |
Address 2 | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Address 2 field. |
City | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > City field. |
Country | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Country field. |
Course Name * | This column displays the Course Title (name). |
Credits Type * |
This column identifies the Credit Type awarded if multi-credits are defined. Note: If multi-credits are not enabled, the Credit Type will be "General". Course Credit information is configured in the Course > Completion Setting section. Learn more here. |
Credits * |
This column displays the numeric credit value awarded for successfully completing a scored or non-scored Online Course. |
Date Acquired * | This column displays the date and time when the Credit was awarded. |
Date Added |
This column displays the date and time that the User Profile was created. |
Date Edited | This column displays the date and time that the User Profile was edited. |
Date Hired | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Date Hired field. |
Date Terminated | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Termination Date field. |
Department * |
This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Department field. Note: You will only see data associated with your Role and Permission access. |
Email Address | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Email Address field. |
Employee Number | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Employee Number field. |
External ID | This column displays the system-generated unique identifier for the Credit record within the LMS. |
First Name * | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > First Name field. |
ID |
This column displays concatenated ID (GUID) values in the following order: User ID, Enrollment ID, Credit Type |
Job Title | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Job Title field. |
Language |
This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Language field. Note: If a language has not been identified, this field will be blank. |
Last Name * | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Last Name field. |
Location | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Location field. |
Middle Name | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Middle Name field. |
Notes | This column displays information about the User that an Admin has added to the User's Profile > Notes field. |
Phone | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Phone field. |
Postal Code | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Postal Code field. |
State/Province | This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > State/Province field. |
User ID | This column displays the User's ID. |
User Status |
This column displays the User Status.

Username |
This column displays the value populated in the User's Profile > Username field. The Username is a name-based identity used to distinguish each User as they are added to the LMS. Also referred to as the User’s Login. |
Report Action & Mass Action Options
Credits Report
After generating a report, you can perform administrative actions. Commands to modify Report data become available once the checkbox of a table row item is selected (checked). The menu is displayed on the right-hand frame of the page. This menu is context-sensitive. The options for Actions and Mass Actions that are available will change depending on the content you are selecting.
- An individual row selection will open the Actions menu.
- Multiple row selections will open the Mass Actions menu.
Note: Action options are dependent on your individual Admin Role permission(s). Some actions listed in the table below may not be available to all Admins. If you have questions related to your permission set, please contact your local System Admin for details.

Please note that your environment may use customized Role(s), Permissions, or a combination of both to regulate access to this report.
Admins must have Generated Reports in their Role, in order to export data to Excel or CSV on any Administration page or Report page.
