Overview

Messages are available in the LMS for Admins to communicate to their Learners through the email located on the User's profile and through the Messages section of the User's portal.
Messages can be sent when a User enrolls into a training, completes a training,  is due to complete training on a specific date, send session details for an ILC, approval requests, custom emails, and many more! 

Admins have the ability to customize the default Message Templates content or provide a specific message on the training itself, Course Settings Messages

 


Page Details

Absorb's Message Templates tool will launch using the standard Report layout as its starting point. From this page Admins can: edit a Message Template; reset a Message Template; or, also run a custom Message Templates Report.

Please note that your environment may use customized Role(s), Permissions, or a combination of both to regulate access to this report.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your local System Administrator to review your current permission set.
