We are pleased to provide the following update on the integration between Absorb and BizLibrary. BizLibrary has integrated their content library with the Absorb Content Partner Platform (CPP). This integration will replace the previous stand-alone integration as of June 2, 2021, or shortly thereafter. This does not require any action on your part. All existing uses of BizLibrary content and your existing licenses remain in place.
This new integration will allow you to manage all your partner content in one place, and ensure any updates to CPP functionality will apply to BizLibrary as well as other CPP integrated partners. The only change is how you access BizLibrary courses. Currently, for BizLibrary licensees, there is a separate BizLibrary selection under the Courses menu. You will now see the selection Content Libraries under the Courses menu and you will access all your content libraries in this one place. To see your BizLibrary content, select Content Libraries and choose BizLibrary in the Contract filter at the top of the screen (this is the default if BizLibrary is your only content license). The Content Library course report remains unchanged, and the process of providing content to your learners remains the same.
Additionally, in Portal Settings, you will now see your BizLibrary subscription(s) under the ‘Enable Content Libraries’ toggle vs. its own ‘Enable BizLibrary’ toggle. Clicking the view icon to the right will expand the BizLibrary section to detail the license terms.
