Managing FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)


Frequently asked questions, or FAQs, are a useful tool in allowing you to communicate important information to your learners without requiring them to reach out to you directly, saving both time and resources.  

Adding an FAQ 

To manage FAQs, go to SETUP > FAQs. A new FAQ should be entered as a question along with an answer to the question. You can also order your FAQ items and even set up availability rules to establish who can or can't see the FAQ.   

Viewing an FAQ 

FAQs are accessible to learners on the dashboard.
When selecting FAQs on the dashboard, learners will be taken to the list of FAQs which displays all questions. Learners must scroll to locate their question, and then click on the arrow to reveal the answer for their question.
