Frequently asked questions, or FAQs, are a useful tool in allowing you to communicate important information to your learners without requiring them to reach out to you directly, saving both time and resources.  

Adding an FAQ 

FAQs can be managed in SETUP > FAQs. When adding a new FAQ you are able to enter a question as well as both short and long answers to that question. You can also order your FAQ items and even set up availability rules to establish who can or can't see the FAQ.   
 
 

Viewing an FAQ 

FAQs are accessible from two locations in the learner interface, the dashboard and the main menu. 
 
 
 
Selecting either option will take you to the FAQ summary page which will display your questions and short answers.
 
 
And finally, clicking on a FAQ will take you to the long answer page for that question.
