Regardless of what Report you are viewing in the LMS, each and every displayed Report Column contains a shortcut button to allow you to filter your entire Report, based on the data contained in that one particular column. All you need to do is select the Quick Search button located on the right side of the cell containing the Report Column Name.
Having this option close at hand can be very helpful at those times when you are viewing your Report and immediately want to be able to further refine your data, on the basis of the particular Report Column that you are currently looking at.
