Why Didn't My Report get Emailed?


Applies to: Starter, Pro, Plus, & Enterprise Plans

If you don't choose anything from the Send Frequency drop down menu and just leave it listed as 'Select Frequency...' your Report will not be emailed out.

Absorb will still definitely allow you to complete the other fields and save your configuration, but without knowing when you want your email transmitted, the LMS won't know what it's supposed to send out on your behalf.
