We experienced an outage this afternoon on our Absorb5 North American instance from 1-1:15 PM MST. We are still investigating the cause of the issue but as of now the environment is back up.
Please note that this did not affect any Absorb 4 instances, nor the Canadian or European instances of Absorb5.
Update: Our investigation was able to isolate the issue to one of our technical procedures. We have corrected the issue and put additional safeguards in place around this procedure in order to prevent this from happening again.
