Yesterday's 5.21 release contained a number of changes and fixes for department structures. Unfortunately, this change negatively impacted some Courses and Groups and resulted in conflicting or missing availability rules. We are deploying a fix for this issue immediately, and expect that there might be up to 5 minutes of downtime as a result. This fix will only apply to our North American Absorb5 instance (myabsorb.com).
Once the fix has been deployed we will update this article to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
Update 3:45 PM MST: The fix was successfully deployed at 3:10 PM MST, and incurred roughly 3 minutes of downtime. We are still working with a few clients to sort out some issues that are specific to their integrations, but the the majority of clients should be fine now.
