How Do I Issue a Credit Card Refund?

In the case of credit card Refunds, every Payment Gateway that Absorb supports has their own unique refund procedures and requirements. As such, Admins will need to consult their own specific Gateway documentation regarding the refund process that a merchant is required to follow.

Please Note: You will still want to ensure the Transaction is marked as Refunded in the LMS.
