Overview
Absorb's Reports module provides Admins with a Course Activity Report.
With it Admins have access to an overview of the advancement made by Learners in a given Course, can examine and effect partial and/or total changes in the Course activity of individual Learners, as well as have the option to carry out various administrative tasks.
How It Works
This Absorb Report is a Course focused Report, providing the Admin with activity statistics on the current state of progress for the individual Learner - in any and all of the various Courses, and their related Enrollments, contained in the portal.
With this Report (one of the most frequently used tools in the entire LMS) the Admin can closely follow both the collective and individual advancement of Learners in the midst of their Enrollment, directly make any Course-wide and/or Lesson-based adjustments as needed, and review any past instances of a Learner having taken the chosen Course.
Additionally, the Admin can also initiate several different tasks and workflows based on what they encounter here.
Report
Absorb's Course Activity Report will launch using the standard Report layout as its starting point where an Admin can: manage Course Activity; view Learner Transcripts; communicate with Learner(s); view / edit past and present Enrollments; view / edit Learners; and/or run a custom Report.

Instructions
Background
This Report is somewhat special in that it is a hybrid of two types of LMS data that are combined to provide a single result.
Once the Learner is selected from the Course Activity Report and the Historic Enrollments Action is initiated, both a User filter and a Course filter are simultaneously applied in this Enrollment History Report, which then retrieves a full chronological record of a Learner's past Enrollment(s) in the selected Course.
From here the Admin can review (and customize) the Learner's summarized Report and/or open and edit any individual Course Activity for any of the Learner's past Enrollment events.
Any changes made here to a past Enrollment will respond exactly as they do when the Admin uses the Edit Activity workspace to manually override the Course Activity of a Learner's Active Enrollment.
