Learner Progress Report

Absorb's Reports module provides Admins with a Learner Progress Report. With it Admins can have access to an overview of their portal's Learners, their overall advancement, as well as an option to carry out various administrative tasks.

Overview

How It Works

This Absorb Report is a Learner focused Report, providing the Admin with overall progress statistics on the students in their portal.

With this Report the Admin can keep apprised of the individual status of each Learner with regards to the Courses they are currently enrolled in, the headway they are making, and finally, their rate of completion and the overall scoring of their efforts. Somewhat similar to the Learner Activity Report, this particular tool tracks Learner measurements on a percentage basis.

Unique to this Report (and also the Department Progress Report) is the ability to select multiple Courses in the same Report. (The default setting for this Report is to display information on all Courses contained in the Admin's portal.) In the case of the Learner Activity Report, this allows the Admin to choose which specific Course(s) they want to obtain Learner progress on.

Having this flexibility enables the Admin to create a custom progress Report which can be limited to just the individual Courses contained in one of the Admin’s Course Bundles or Curricula. With this the Admin will be able to construct a summarized Learner Progress Report that shows the scores for each of the individual Courses that make up their Bundle or Curriculum - all on the same page.

Additionally, the Admin can also initiate several different tasks and workflows based on what they learn here.

Report

Absorb's Learner Progress Report will launch using the standard Report layout as its starting point where an Admin can run a custom Report.
