You can do this from a wide variety of reports but we'll use the Course Activity report for our example:
- Select the course (and session, if it's an ILT) and select search to populate the report
- Select the Email button on the top right of the screen.
- This will pull up a box where you can edit the subject and body of your email. Enter what you want and hit Send.
- Any additional filtering of the learners will carry over to the email recipients, so if you only want to send your email to a subset of the enrolled learners you can do so.
