Client Awareness: Scheduled Imports and Exports - US Region, 27th October


On October 27th Absorb became aware of failures to process a subset of our client's custom integrations associated with the Absorb LMS.

This issue is related to custom import and export integrations (Non HRIS Turn Key integrations) for US based LMS instances only.


This may result in delays in processing custom imports or exports to the LMS (Non HRIS Turn Key integrations) until resolved by our development teams 

Action Required

If you are unsure if your existing integrations are impacted or are aware of delays and other potential impacts associated with custom integrations, we recommend contacting the Absorb Support team or other key contacts here at Absorb within our client services department to review further.
