We have been made aware that clients within the US region are having difficulty generating reports manually, or may not have received scheduled reports as of 6th November.
This is currently only impacting clients on US servers.
We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and ensuring a seamless LMS experience for all our affected clients. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we work towards a solution.
