Client Awareness: RESOLVED: Access Issues upon Login/Grey Screen Presented. Mainly US & Canada Impacted

Summary

This morning 28th May 2024 there was an issue upon trying to access portals affecting all LMS users.

When entering login credentials, or accessing via SSO - A Grey Screen was presented, and users couldn't access the UI. Not all clients were affected.

Administrators & Learners were affected
