Client Awareness: Access Issues Upon Logging In - 500 Error (Resolved)


The Absorb team is aware that starting the morning of June 14th, 2024, some clients in the US region and their users are experiencing a 500 error message when attempting to log into their Absorb portals.



At this time it appears only portals in the US appear to be affected. During this time learners are unable to login to access the portal.


Action Required

If you receive reports from your learners stating they are seeing a 500 error message after attempting to access your Absorb portal, please reach out to our Support team.
