We are currently experiencing slow performance in our US Production environment.



Clients are experiencing slow navigation and actions within the LMS. Some clients may be unable to load or access the LMS.

  • Update:  Issue Resolution and Ongoing Investigation

    We are pleased to inform you that the extreme performance spikes and access issues in our US Production environment have been resolved. Clients should now be able to navigate and use the LMS without significant interruptions.

    However, we are still observing periodic slowness at the top of each hour. Our team is actively investigating this issue to identify the root cause and implement a lasting solution.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work on improving your experience.
