Client Awareness: Zendesk Maintenance - July 18th

We want to inform you that our support ticketing software and knowledge base provider, Zendesk, has scheduled essential maintenance. This will take place between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM MDT on Thursday, July 18th.

This maintenance may cause intermittent errors lasting no longer than five minutes. For more details, you can view Zendesk's official announcement here.
