The following table details file types that are accepted as Attachments for an Observation Checklist. Reviewers will be able to upload up to 5 Attachments which are 100mb each or smaller. Reviewers will be able to add a description to each Attachment. Additionally, Attachments will be scanned by our anti virus service before the file can be added to the Observation Checklist.
Admins and Learners are no longer able to upload HTM and HTML files. If you are receiving an error when uploading files, please confirm that it does not contain files in HTM or HTML.

File names containing special characters or accented letters may cause errors when uploading files to the platform. Before uploading, ensure that file names do not include any of the following characters:
` ' - & < >
Accented letters (for example, é, ñ, ü) should also be avoided in file names. Rename the file using only standard alphanumeric characters before attempting to upload again.
