The SCIM integration within Okta receives updates over time. These updates reflect enhancements, new features, and optimizations for the integration. This article will document and elaborate on the changes between versions of the SCIM integration as updates are rolled out.

  • Set a default Department for User provisioning:
    • SCIM standard for User provisioning.
    • User Departments are updated through a separate SCIM API.

  • User Provisioning and updates across platforms with SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) within Okta.
  • Administrators can now centrally manage User identities, ensuring real-time synchronization between Okta and Absorb LMS for large-scale identity management.
