How To: Access Course Completion Certificates from the Absorb Learn Mobile App

Mobile Learners can access the list of the Course Completion Certificates once logged into the Absorb Learn Mobile App.

An active internet connection is required to view the list of Certificates and to open a Certificate. Learners can save Certificates to their devices' local storage.

To access the Course Completion Certificates, follow these steps in the Mobile App:

1. Access the Absorb Learn Mobile App with an active internet connection.
2. Open the hamburger menu from the top left corner and select Certificates.
   
3. From the Certificates page, a list of Course Completion Certificates will appear, based on your Enrollments.
   
4. Click the Sort By button to organize the Course Certificates.
   

Downloading a Certificate

To download a Course Certificate, select an item from the list on the Certificates page.

The Course Certificate will open in a PDF viewer on your phone.

From this PDF viewer, you will be able to save or screenshot the Course Certificate.
