User Provisioning for SAML Single Sign-On (New Learner Experience) Absorb will be adding the option upon setting up your SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow users to be automatically created in the LMS when they attempt to authenticate if they do not already exist. When enabled, Absorb will create users based on attribute information included in the SAML response from the Identity Provider (IdP). When leveraging user provisioning to create new users in the LMS, any default or custom profile field can be set for user by including a standard 'schema-less' attribute statement included in the SAML response. Complex lookups for these fields are also supported, including:

Search Bar Improvements (New Learner Experience) The search bar will now remain open on the top of the search page. When navigating to another page the search term will be automatically cleared. The X in the search bar has been removed and clicking anywhere on page will close the search bar. |

Edit Curriculum Enrollment Expiry Date The Expiry Date field shown on a users transcript page for a curriculum will now mirror the functionality of our Course enrollment Expiry Date. Admins will be able to edit a users curriculum expiry to extend access to the curriculum and the courses inside of it. Any changes made to the users Curriculum Expiry Date will automatically cascade down into the courses enrollments as well. |
