Admin Refresh Course Settings: Course Administrators

Introduction

Catalog Visibility Course Settings are available for all Course types.

Settings

Setting Details
Department Visibility Department Visibility Rules limit the visibility of the Course to only those Administrators managing the specified Departments. Click the Add Rule button to create and apply rules.
Primary Department Editor Click the Select Department button to choose a Department; then opt to limit to the single current department or include all sub-departments.


Note: Administrators who manage the selected Department can edit this course 
if they have Course Visibility. If no Department is selected, this applies to all Administrators.

Additional Admin Editors

Click the drop-down menu and select additional Admin Editors.

Note: There Administrators can edit this Course if they have Course Visibility
