Client Awareness: Changes to Absorb Academy, the Knowledge Base, and the Ideas Portal.

Dear Absorb customers,

Starting March 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM MDT, Absorb is implementing a new login process for Absorb Academy, the Knowledge Base, and the Ideas Portal. You’ll now use one set of credentials to access all three platforms.

What’s changing?

  • A new Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution will provide a streamlined, secure login experience.
  • Only Absorb LMS admins will be able to access the Absorb Ideas Portal to improve feedback management.
  • Duplicate Absorb Academy accounts will be removed—we’ll be keeping the account with the most recent activity. Duplicate accounts will be removed on March 17, 2025.

How to log in on March 19, 2025:

  1. Access Absorb Academy, Knowledge Base, or Ideas Portal through the Absorb LMS admin interface.
  2. Enter your Absorb LMS portal admin email when prompted.
  3. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email—enter it to log in.
