Ideas Portal via the Help Center

Moving forward the Ideas Portal will only be available to Administrators from the Admin Experience. Once this change has been implemented, the Absorb Ideas Portal may be accessed via your Portal using the Submit Idea button in the Help & Support menu.

The previous links to the Ideas Portal from the Help Center will be removed. These are as pictured below:

New Attachments Location

As a part of on-going updates to make the Help Center a more effective tool, Attachments will be located on the right column of our articles, instead of at the bottom.

The Attachments section will also indicate how many files are available from the article, where the value in the brackets is the number of available Attachments. Both the Related Articles and Attachments sections can be expanded with a click.
