[RESOLVED] Client Awareness: Intermittent Error Messages - EU

Summary

We are aware of current intermittent error messages admins may be receiving when attempting to perform certain actions in the portal. This error message appears in the top-right corner of the page and will say, "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred while processing your request."

 

Impact

This is currently only impacting EU portals.

 

Action Required

Our team is currently investigating. If you are receiving this error message in your portal, please reach out to our team to open a ticket.
