Learner Transcript in the Absorb Learn Mobile App

Your mobile learning Transcript provides convenient access to all your learning achievements, certifications, and professional development progress while you're on the go. Whether you need to quickly verify your certifications in the field or track your learning journey, everything is accessible right from your mobile device.

This comprehensive view includes your earned Certificates, completed Courses with Credit breakdowns, Badges and Competencies, and external training records, all synchronized in real-time to ensure you always have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.

Key features available in your mobile Transcript include:

  • Certificates: View and access PDF versions of your earned Certificates.
  • Courses: See both in-progress and completed Courses with Credit information.
  • Badges & Competencies: Browse your earned Badges and demonstrated Competencies in one convenient section.
  • External Training: Review your external training records.
  • Credits Display: Track your accumulated learning Credits.
  • Share Function: Generate and share a PDF version of your transcript via email, messaging apps, or other platforms.

 

Accessing the Transcript in the Mobile App

Your mobile Transcript gives you instant access to demonstrate your qualifications and track your professional development progress wherever you are. To access the mobile Transcript follow these steps:

  1. Access the Absorb Learn Mobile App.



     
  2. Tap the Hamburger Icon in the top left corner.

     
  3. Click the Transcript option near the bottom of the page. The Certificates tab of the Transcript will open.



     
  4. Navigate to the tab of the Transcript you are interested in.

 

Mobile App Transcript Sections

Upon accessing the Transcript in the Mobile App, you will observe a number of buttons and tabs. This section describes the function of each of these elements.

 

Transcript Tabs

The mobile Transcript consists of multiple tabs, each with their own information neatly organized. The tabs are:

  • Certificates
  • Courses
  • Competencies
  • External

 

Each of the tabs may be opened by tapping, or selecting the tab title. Each of the tabs contains information detailed in this table:

Certificates

View Certificates earned across Courses, alongside the Issued and Expiry dates.

Expired Certificates will be clearly indicated, and a total number of expired Certificates will be captured at the top of the page.

 

A User may tap a Certificate from the list to open up an intermediary page with an Open button. Selecting the Open button will open the Certificate via the PDF viewer of your mobile device.

Courses

The Courses tab displays completed Courses alongside the number of Credits earned from that Course. By tapping the View details element on this tab, you can expand a breakdown that displays the Credit Type.


 

The Go to My Courses button allows the User to navigate to the My Courses page directly from the Transcript.

Competencies

The Badges & Competencies tab displays Competency Name, Badge Awarded/No Badge Available, the date the Badge was awarded and the Competency Level.

This display will visually display awarded Badges if available.

 

A User may tap a Competency to expand details about it.

External

The External Training tab contains a list of all added External Training Courses the Learner has submitted for approval. The status of approval, the Course name, Completion date and expanded details are all available here.


 

A User may tap one of the Courses listed in the External Training tab to view additional details about it.

 

The Share Button

The Share button opens up the context sensitive menu for your mobile devices operating system. The options that will be presented here depend on the type of device you are using, the operating system of the device and which apps are installed on the device. An example of what this menu will appear as on Android is below:
