Absorb Performance issues - Date: June /17/2021


Absorb Support is aware of general performance issues currently impacting clients on one of our US database environments. 

Clients affected will notice an "Emergency Maintenance" Message on their portal.  This is a high priority for Absorb and we are currently investigating further to determine the root cause of these issues and working towards increasing performance as soon as possible.

    We got confirmation that the Emergency maintenance has been resolved. 
    You should no longer get 500 errors as well as the "Emergency Maintenance" message on your portal.
