A Course Bundle allows for training such as Online Courses and Instructor Led Courses (ILCs) to be bundled into one Enrollment package. The Courses within a Course Bundle will be grouped together and then separated out as individual Courses once the User has enrolled. The Course Bundle will not be listed as training in the User's My Courses or on their Transcripts upon completion, only the individual Courses completed will be listed on the User Transcript.

Course Bundles

The following steps will walk through setting up a Course Bundle. These are required steps for creating a Course Bundle; for additional options and common settings in all Course types, please see the Overview of Online Course Settings article and Overview of Instructor Led Courses (ILC) Settings article. You can make additional configurations to Course Bundles using the Course Bundle Settings. For more information about Course Bundle Settings, please see the Overview of Course Bundle Settings article.

How to Create a Course Bundle

The following instructions detail how to create a Course Bundle:

1. In the Admin Experience, click Courses in the left-hand menu.
   
2. Click Courses.
   
3. In the Courses page, select Add Course Bundle from the right-hand Action Menu.
   
4. In the Add Course Bundle workspace, fill out the information in the General section. Note that the Title of the Course Bundle is a mandatory field.
   
5. Once the General information is complete, move to the Courses section to add Online or Instructor Led Courses to the bundle. Use the Add Courses button to add a new courses.
   

Use Case

Below are some examples of client use cases:

1. Course Bundles are a great tool for clients who sell training and would like to offer their clients deals on multi-training purchases. For instance, a User can purchase five Online Courses in a Course Bundle for $1500.00, but if they purchased all five Online Courses separately it would cost the User $2,000.00.  
2. Course Bundles are a great tool for clients who sell training to other vendors or clients and need to distribute all Courses in one single Enrollment. For instance, a client may have a variety of food safety Online Courses that they sell to other vendors in the industry. These vendors need the content in one package to distribute to their teams.  A Course Bundle allows the client to package all Courses into one Enrollment for their vendors to purchase.

Below are the required role permissions Admins will need to Add and/or Modify Users within the LMS and the suggested role permissions Admins may want to have in combination of what is required.

Keep in mind that you may need to adjust Course level Course Administrator permissions.
