Analyze Essentials: Visual Insights

This article describes how to enable and use the Visual Insights, a new feature in Analyze Essentials.
This feature adds two charts to each report, allowing Admins to quickly spot patterns and relationships in the data.

If you are new to Analyze Essentials, please review the main article, which provides an overview of the feature and how it works.

  • Click on one of the options in the list or X to close the drop down.
  • Click Apply to close the Change Chart page and apply the changes.
  • Click Cancel to close the Change Chart page without making any changes.

When a Filter is applied to the report, the visualizations will update to show filtered results.

Sharing Visualizations

When a report is shared, data visualizations will be shared as well, including any changes made to the default visualization types and fields.

When a report is exported to a CSV, the visualizations will not be exported. CSVs can only contain text-based data.
