This release for the Salesforce Connector introduces the Salesforce Observability Dashboard, giving Administrators a centralized, at-a-glance view of synchronization activity between Salesforce and Absorb.

Salesforce Observability Dashboard

The Salesforce Observability Dashboard provides a single place to confirm that critical User, Course, and Enrollment synchronization processes are running as expected, without requiring Administrators to review detailed connector logs or troubleshooting tools.

By surfacing high-level sync indicators and activity totals in one dashboard, this update reduces uncertainty, speeds up routine health checks, and minimizes unnecessary investigation when integrations are functioning normally.
