This release for Absorb Connectors introduces the Default Password feature, allowing Administrators to assign a password when creating Users via the connector instead of relying solely on activation emails. This helps avoid onboarding delays caused by missed or expired activation emails, particularly for external Users.
Connector Default Password for Automated User Creation
With the Default Password option, Administrators can complete automated User creation workflows in the Absorb Connectors without depending on time-sensitive activation emails. Instead of waiting for Users to act on an email link that expires after 7 days, Administrators can provision accounts with a predefined password and share access details through their preferred communication channels.
