This standalone release for Absorb Analyze introduces performance-focused updates to Analyze Essentials and the Analyze BI/Direct data model. 

These changes align Analyze Essentials with other Analyze products and streamline the underlying data model to improve performance and stability.

Performance Updates for Absorb Analyze

Clients who use Analyze Essentials together with Analyze BI or Analyze Direct will benefit from more frequent data syncs and a simplified data model that supports faster, more reliable reporting.

These changes include:

• Improved sync frequency: For clients who have Analyze BI or Analyze Direct in addition to Analyze Essentials, data for Analyze Essentials will now sync every four hours, in alignment with other Analyze products.
• Streamlined data model: Under-utilized records are being removed from the Analyze BI/Direct data model to improve sync performance and response times, and to reduce the likelihood of outages.
• Records to be removed from the Analyze BI/Direct data model:
  • Deleted records.
  • E-Commerce coupon change tracking.
  • Assessment Question change tracking.
  • Inactive status Certificates.
