A Note: Deployment timelines follow the release timeline above. New features may take up to one week after deployment to become available in your environment.

This update improves reporting across the Learner journey by adding historical Session Enrollment data. It applies to Analyze Essentials, Analyze BI, and Analyze Direct.

Updated Features

The following changes improve visibility into Learner participation and outcomes across current and historical Session Enrollments.

Analyze BI and Analyze Direct

These updates expand reporting coverage and improve alignment between reporting data and LMS behavior:

  • Historical session enrollments included: Session Enrollment data now includes historical deleted enrollments, providing insight into Learner enrollments over time.
  • Improved reporting accuracy and trend analysis: You can review full Session Enrollment history to better understand drop-offs, changes, and Learner progress.
  • Aligned with LMS logic: Reporting now aligns with the LMS View Historical behavior, making data easier to interpret.

Analyze Essentials

These updates add missing historical context to Session Enrollment reporting:

  • Complete historical session details: Session Enrollment reports now include full Session details for historical enrollments, removing previous gaps in reporting.
  • More learner journey insights: You can review participation and outcomes with greater historical context. Note that historical records are identified in the same way as in the LMS, and are intended for reporting and analysis rather than active enrollment management.
