Salesforce Observability Dashboard Update

This standalone release for the Salesforce Connector expands the Observability Dashboard with direct remediation actions for user sync issues and targeted enrollment re-syncs.

A Note: Deployment timelines are as per the release timelines above. New features may take up to one week to become available in your environment after deployment.

 

This release (v2.152) builds on the Salesforce Observability Dashboard by introducing action-ability. Salesforce Administrators can now resolve User sync issues and trigger targeted enrollment re-syncs directly from the Dashboard, without filing a support ticket or reviewing connector logs.

Users Diagnostic: Fix Users in a Bad State

The Users entity card now includes a More Details button that opens the Users Diagnostic page. From this page, Salesforce Administrators can review records flagged as Needing Attention across Contacts, Users, and Person Accounts, and trigger a fix action to re-provision or re-deprovision affected records on the next Data Sync job.

Enrollments Details: Targeted Re-Syncs

The Enrollments entity card now includes a More Details button that opens the Enrollments Details page. From this page, Salesforce Administrators can re-sync every enrollment for a single User or contact, or re-sync every enrollment tied to a specific Course or Curriculum, using either a name or an Absorb GUID search.
