Users Diagnostic: Fix Users in a Bad State
The Users entity card now includes a More Details button that opens the Users Diagnostic page. From this page, Salesforce Administrators can review records flagged as Needing Attention across Contacts, Users, and Person Accounts, and trigger a fix action to re-provision or re-deprovision affected records on the next Data Sync job.
Enrollments Details: Targeted Re-Syncs
The Enrollments entity card now includes a More Details button that opens the Enrollments Details page. From this page, Salesforce Administrators can re-sync every enrollment for a single User or contact, or re-sync every enrollment tied to a specific Course or Curriculum, using either a name or an Absorb GUID search.
