Client Awareness Notice:

Action May Be Required

Overview

As part of ongoing platform improvements, Absorb has completed a back-end system update to improve consistency across services. As part of this update, the JSON Web Token (JWT) format has been updated to include scope claims. This change standardizes how authorization information is represented and supports a more consistent authorization model across the platform.

Who This Applies To

This update affects clients who use our Integration API or Infuse services. It applies to clients who generate, consume, or validate JWTs as part of integrations with Absorb APIs or other platform services.

Action Required

If your integration parses or validates JWT contents, review your implementation to ensure it supports the updated token format, including the scope claims. If your integration treats JWTs as opaque tokens or relies on standard JWT validation without inspecting claims, no action is required.
