Client Awareness Notice:Action May Be Required |
Overview
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, Absorb will perform scheduled maintenance in our US Production region to upgrade database infrastructure to the latest supported version of Microsoft SQL Server. Client portals hosted on the databases being upgraded will be temporarily unavailable during this work.
These databases are scheduled for an upgrade to bring them in line with our broader database infrastructure and ensure they continue to operate on secure, reliable, and fully supported technology.
Who This Applies To
Only select US client portals will be affected by this maintenance.
Affected portals will be completely unavailable during the maintenance window. A maintenance page will not be displayed, so users attempting to access an affected portal may instead see a browser or connection error.
Affected clients will receive additional details on September 1, 2026, through:
- Email notifications sent to key contacts associated with the client account
- In-portal notifications displayed to System Administrators
If you do not receive a targeted notification by September 2, 2026, your portal is not expected to be affected.
Action Required?
Clients who receive a targeted notification should review the maintenance details and inform their users or internal teams as appropriate.
Timeline
Targeted email and portal notifications: By end of day on September 1, 2026
Maintenance begins: Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM MDT
Expected duration: Approximately three hours
Service will be restored to each affected portal as soon as its maintenance is complete.
