The Saved Reports catalog gives you a central place to view your saved report layouts and copy a Report Deep Link for any of them, so you can share a report exactly as it was saved. This article explains where to find the Saved Reports report, the columns and actions available in it, how to copy a deep link, and what to do when a saved layout is not listed.
Accessing the Saved Reports Catalog
The Saved Reports report is available in the Admin Experience via Setup > Saved Reports. It lists your saved report layouts as individual rows, and you can click a row to work with that layout, such as copying its Report Deep Link.
Report Data
Each row in the Saved Reports report represents one saved report layout. The following columns are available:
| Data Column | Description |
| ID | The unique identifier assigned to the saved report layout. |
| Is Scheduled | Indicates whether the saved report layout is scheduled. |
| Is Shared | Indicates whether the saved report layout is shared. |
| Nickname | The name given to the saved report layout. |
| Page | The report the saved report layout applies to. |
Actions
Actions apply to one selected saved report at a time. There are no mass actions in the Saved Reports report. Select a saved report row to access the actions below from the Actions panel.
| Option | Description |
| Delete Saved Report | Deletes the selected saved report. |
| Copy Link | Generates a deep link that can be shared with other Admins with the necessary permission set for the saved report. |
The Copy Link action is only available when a saved layout is selected. If you do not see it, save the layout first.
When a Saved Layout Is Not Listed
The Saved Reports report currently includes saved layouts for a selection of Absorb reports. If the layout you need is not listed here, you can still copy its Report Deep Link directly from within the report it belongs to.
To copy a deep link for a layout that does not appear here, open the report it belongs to, apply the saved layout, click the Reports Layout icon, then click the copy link icon, which resembles a paper clip, under the layout name.
For the full steps to copy and share a Report Deep Link, see Reporting Interface Overview.
