The Rehearsals report provides Admins and Reporters with greater insights into Rehearsal activity and individual Learner performance in Rehearsals.
Access the Rehearsals Report
The Rehearsals report is located in the Reports menu of the Admin Experience. It is available when Aura Rehearse is turned on in Client Settings and the Admin's role includes the Rehearsals permission. This permission is enabled by default for the System Admin, Admin, and Reporter roles, and can be added to custom roles.
To open the report, follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tile in the left-hand menu.
- Select Rehearsals.
Report data respects the Admin's existing scope. Department and Group Admins only see Rehearsals in Courses they can access, and attempt totals only include Learners they manage. Rehearsals with no attempts still appear in the report.

Report Data
Each row in the Rehearsals report represents a single Rehearsal. Columns marked with an asterisk (*) are displayed by default, and the remaining columns can be added to the report layout.

| Course Name* | The Online Course the Rehearsal belongs to. |
| Rehearsal Name* | The name of the Rehearsal. The report is sorted by this column by default. |
| Attempts* | The total number of attempts by Learners. |
| Passes* | The number of attempts that met the Passing Score. |
| Fails* | The number of attempts that did not meet the Passing Score. |
| Average Score(%)* | The average score across attempts. |
| Average Time* | The average time spent on completed attempts. |
| ID | The ID of the Rehearsal. |
| Course ID | The ID of the Online Course. |
| Date Added | The date the Rehearsal was added. |
| Date Edited | The date the Rehearsal was last edited. |
All columns except Average Time can be filtered. The report also supports standard report functionality, including sorting, column configuration, Report Layouts, Print Report, Schedule Report, Share Report, and Pin Report. To export the report to Excel or CSV, click Generate Report File. Exporting requires the Generated Reports permission.
Selection Actions
Selecting a row in the Rehearsals report opens the Actions menu. The report supports one selection at a time, so there are no multiple selection actions.

Rehearsal Activity Report
The Rehearsal Activity report shows how each Learner has performed in a single Rehearsal. To open it, select a Rehearsal in the Rehearsals report and click Rehearsal Activity. Only Learners with at least one attempt are listed.
Report Data
Each row represents a single Learner. Columns marked with an asterisk (*) are displayed by default.

| First Name* | The Learner's first name. The report is sorted by this column by default. |
| Last Name* | The Learner's last name. |
| Department Name* | The Learner's Department. |
| Attempts* | The number of attempts the Learner has made. |

| Fails* | The number of the Learner's attempts that did not meet the Passing Score. |
| Average Score(%)* | The Learner's average score across attempts. |

Attempts Report
The Attempts report lists every attempt a single Learner has made in a Rehearsal. To open it, select a Learner in the Rehearsal Activity report and click Attempts.
Report Data
Each row represents a single attempt. Columns marked with an asterisk (*) are displayed by default, and the report is sorted by Date Started, newest first.

| Date Started* | The date the attempt started. |
| Date Completed* | The date the attempt was completed. |
| Status* | The status of the attempt: Preparing Context, In Progress, or Completed. |
| Passed* | Yes if the attempt met the Passing Score, or No if it did not. Blank if the attempt has not been scored. |
| Score* | The overall score for the attempt. |
| Time Spent* | The time the Learner spent on the attempt. |
| Attempt ID | The ID of the attempt. |
All columns except Time Spent can be filtered. The Passed filter includes Yes, No, and Not Set. The report supports the same export and layout options as the Rehearsals report, except Pin Report.

Attempt Details
The Details page shows the attempt's score, whether it passed, the rubric breakdown with feedback for each criterion, and the full Transcript of the conversation. From this page, reviewers can click Review score to confirm or adjust the artificial intelligence (AI) score.
