These release updates available filtering options for Analyze Essentials.
This release adds two new filtering options for Analyze Essentials, Is Empty and Is Not One Of. These options allow custom report builders to filter on empty fields and values not in a set.
Who's affected: Portals with Analyze Essentials custom report builder enabled.
Default state: On by default for eligible Portals.
Admin control: Not configurable.
The following updates expand the operators available when applying filters to Analyze Essentials reports.
Is Empty and Is Not Empty Operators
In addition to the current filter operator choices, you can now filter on Is Empty or Is Not Empty.
Is Not One Of Operator for Selection Filters
Selection Filters have been expanded. The new Is Not One Of operator can be used to filter out report columns that do not contain a value from the collection
