Service Impact Notice:BambooHR Offline |
Overview
BambooHR has temporarily taken its services offline as a precautionary measure in response to a critical security vulnerability known as PHP2SHELL.
According to BambooHR, their Engineering and Security teams are actively working to address the vulnerability and safely restore their services.
As a result, Absorb clients who use the BambooHR integration may experience interruptions until BambooHR restores service.

This issue is currently known to affect.

- Feature/Area: BambooHR Integration
- Behaviour: Integrations relying on BambooHR services may be unable to exchange or synchronize data while BambooHR remains unavailable
- Error Message:
- User Types: Admins using the BambooHR integration. Learners who would be synced by the integration.
- Workaround Available: None
Next Steps
BambooHR has not yet provided an estimated time for service restoration.

Service Impact: BambooHR Integration
BambooHR has confirmed that the issue affecting their services has been resolved and access has been restored.
As a result, the BambooHR integration with Absorb should now be functioning as expected, including data synchronization.
